Our Plan
Early in 2018, the Nanticoke Watershed Alliance (NWA) listened to feedback from partners and stakeholders to help our organization better serve the needs of our community as we move into the future.
The Board of Directors and NWA staff worked together to review our Partners’ suggestions to identify long-term objectives and the steps it would take to achieve these goals. We created the strategic plan to act as a road map that will help guide the organization’s focus on certain projects to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our “Partners in Conservation,” along with all other community members in the Nanticoke River Watershed.
